Data sharing - White label

Data sharing - White label

Check below how the White Label Journey for data sharing via Open Finance, on Open Keys, is structured, which covers the context of data consumption with unregulated institutions.

Contexts for triggering the journey

To start sharing data, users have two activation possibilities:

  • By direct activation in the contracting company's environment, through a call to action to share your data;

  • An Open Finance home, which, when activated, presents users with the possibility of accessing the journey through the “New share” button.

Step 1

With the opening of the journey, the first screen seen by the customer is that of consent to share their data with an unregulated company.

  • Before proceeding, you will need to check the option “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Service”.

  • To advance in this step, the user must click on “Let’s go”. Otherwise, when clicking “Cancel”, the flow will be interrupted and the user will return to the home screen with the Open Finance menu options.

Step 2

Next, there will be the selection stage of the Data Transmitting Institution. On this screen you can:

  • Check the purpose for which the shared data will be used;

  • Select the institution participating in the ecosystem with which the client has a relationship history and to which the sharing of this data will be requested.

Step 3

The data selection and sharing deadline screen is presented to the customer as the last step before redirection to the institution transmitting the data.

  • The user defines what data they want to share, the scopes being: Registration Data, Account Data, Credit Card Data and Credit Data;

  • To check details about each group of data, there is a “more details” option in each scope;

  • The sharing period is up to 12 months, with options of 6, 9 or 12 months being available to users on the Open Keys white label;

  • When defining the deadline, the exact expiration date of this sharing will be automatically calculated and displayed;

  • Still on this screen, users can access details about the institution transmitting the data they selected;

  • To proceed, the user must click on “Request”. At this stage, it is mandatory to present a Terms and Conditions of the Journey, only in a consultative manner, if users wish to analyze it.

Step 4

It consists of redirecting users to the Data Transmitting Institution's environment, where the client goes through the authentication and sharing confirmation steps.

  • Redirection takes a few seconds, automatically and there is no possibility of interrupting the process.

Step 5

  • The Authentication and Sharing Confirmation steps occur within the environment of the Data Transmitting institution and follow the visual identity standards and validation rules of each participant.

Step 6

  • After confirmation by the user of the data Transmitting Institution's environment, redirection will occur back to the request's originating environment, while the request is processed by Finansystech by Celcoin.

Callback and Journey Completion Screen

  • The processing of the operation is carried out by Finansystech by Celcoin and after processing this consent, the Callback is passed to the Open Keys contracting company, which must display the Journey Completion screen with the operation statement to users.
