Changing a data share

In this scenario, the user will be able to make changes to previously shared data. From share management, available in the Open Finance menu, the user will have access to them and check the status of each one, divided between:

  • Active

  • Pending

  • Overdue

  • Closed

To change a shared data scope, the status of this share must be active . Next, follow the step-by-step process for changing a data share.

Step 1

  • To manage their consent, the user must access the Open Finance menu in the Financial Institution's application.

  • Then, you must access the “My shares” menu to proceed.

Step 2

  • In this area, the user will be able to view the status of each share they received from the institutions:

    • Active

    • Pending

    • Overdue

    • Closed

  • If you want to return to the previous menu, the user must click on “Back”, available at the top of the screen.

  • To view the details of each consent, the user must click on the desired item in the list.

  • To change a share, the user must choose a consent with the “Active” status to proceed.

Step 3

  • In this area of the selected consent, the user will see all the details regarding the sharing made with this Institution.

  • Consent with active status provides the user with three options: change, renew or end this sharing.

  • To change this sharing, the user must proceed through the “Change” button.

Step 4

  • When choosing to change sharing, the user will be alerted by a modal before continuing.

  • If you want to cancel, the window will close and nothing will be changed.

  • If you want to continue with the change, the user must proceed with the “I understand” option.

Step 5

  • The user will be directed to the screen where they can make the desired change.

  • On the screen, the user will be able to view the summary of the Institution's data for which the sharing change will be requested.

  • Next, the user must inform which data will be changed, including Registration Data, Account Data, Credit Card Data and Credit Data.

  • To check which data makes up each group, the user can click on the body of the desired option to open the information on the scope involved.

  • You must then select the term for this sharing, from the available options of 6, 9 or 12 months.

  • When defining the new deadline, the exact expiration date of this share will be automatically calculated and displayed.

  • To proceed, the user must click on “Request”. Otherwise, if you click on “Cancel”, the flow will be interrupted and you will be returned to the home screen with the Open Finance menu options and nothing will be changed.

Step 6

  • The next step informs what phases will be involved in requesting data consent.

  • After a few seconds, the redirection will automatically occur to the institution's environment, which will transmit the requested data.

Step 8

  • Within the environment of the Transmitting institution, external to that of the originating institution, the data request can be analyzed and validated.

Step 9

  • After validation in the Transmitting institution's environment, redirection will begin back to the request's originating environment, while the request is processed.

Step 10

  • After passing the authentication factor, data processing will be completed and then the second part of the redirection will take place.

  • It is at this stage that Finansystech directs the user to the contracting company's environment and passes information about the consent status through the Callback Url, so that the company can set up a Journey Completion screen, with the transaction extract, to the customer, according to the example model in the following table
