Flexibility of the White Label Journey

Flexibility of the White Label Journey

One journey, many possibilities

The journey's ability to adapt to different scenarios is something that makes the Open Keys white label even more special.

  1. There are business contexts in which the decision is to give greater autonomy and trust to customers and in this case the indication of the CPF/CNPJ can be made by the user;

  2. There are contexts in which the definition of the amount to be paid/deposited is up to the user and in this scenario, the journey presents a screen on which the person will make this indication;

Let's go through the steps, in practice

Transaction value entered by the user

When calling the White label journey, the contracting company will pass the parameter that the customer is the one who will select the value of the transaction and in this context the first screen presented will be the corresponding one.

In it, customers indicate the amount to pay and click continue so that we can show them the conventional Smart flow screens.

Next, you should just:

  1. Inform which institution you wish to make the payment with;

  2. Confirm the operation

After confirmation, the redirection will be automatic to the Account Holding Institution's environment, where the customer goes through the Authentication and Payment Confirmation steps.

There, customers click on “schedule” as the payment deadline and define the date they wish to carry out the operation, within a maximum period of up to 12 months from consent.

  2. Confirm the operation

Authentication and payment confirmation steps

Regardless of how customers begin the payment journey, following the possibilities of flexibility in filling out the value, deadline and CPF/CNPJ information fields, the sequence of the flow, starting from the redirection stage, will always be the same.

The Authentication format is defined by the Account Holding Institution itself, respecting its security models, such as login and password, biometric recognition or facial recognition.

The same occurs with the Operation Confirmation format , which follows the standards established by the chosen Financial Institution, in alignment with the requirements of steps and actions defined by the Open Finance ecosystem.

Redirection and implementation of the journey

After this confirmation, the customer is redirected again to the Open Keys contracting company environment and begins the checkout process. In this process, Finansystech by Celcoin processes the operation information and a Callback is passed to the contracting company, responsible for presenting the Journey Completion screen, with the payment statement.
